About Moncloa-Aravaca, Madrid
Moncloa-Aravaca is the name of a district of the city of Madrid. It’s divided into the following neighbourhoods: Casa de Campo, Argüelles, Ciudad Universitaria, Valdezarza, Veldemarin, El Plantío and Aravaca.
This district is the third biggest district in Madrid and it was formed by the merger of neighbourhoods near downtown Madrid, the old town Aravaca and new areas such as Valdezarza or Valdemarín.
Moncloa-Aravaca has many green areas. The park called ‘Casa de Campo’ is considered the ‘pulmón de Madrid’ (lung of Madrid).
