The upper part of Nou Barris is divided into the neighbourhoods Ciutat Meridiana, Torre Baró and Vallbona. The landscape of this area is recognizable for its mountain orography, highways and railways. Trinitat Nova is the area of Nou Barris where social houses where constructed during 1950’s. These constructions are the typical block of flats surrounded by green areas – nowadays there is a project for renovating and improving the quality of these constructions. Trinitat Nova also has a big park, a lively main street called Aiguablava that connects the area with Torre Baró and the metro station- Line 4 Trinitat Nova.
