homein.com is an online real estate advertising tool which allows you to publish as many property adverts as you like and you choose your daily budget, no limit to the number of adverts, no monthly subscription fees.
Pay Per Click efficiency
Display all your properties and have total control of your budget thanks to homein’s 'Pay Per Click' system.
As with Google's adwords system, the homein Pay Per Click (PPC) system means you only pay when a customer clicks on the house icons on the map or list below and goes to your property advert full details page.
On this page customers also see your full contact details immediately: a large logo, your phone number, email, street address, even your URL and a FREE link to your own website.
NOTE: the current cost per click is 8 euro cents, discounts are available for volume advertisers.

You decide your daily budget
Decide how much you want to spend per day, when your daily budget is used up your adverts are withdrawn for the rest of the day and you won't spend a cent more until the next day when your property adverts are re-published. homein.com gives you total daily advertising budget control.

Your logo everywhere!
Your logo will appear on the home page of homein.com totally FREE! With each property you advertise a house icon appears on the home page map, and in the list below. When a user clicks the house icon a pop up layer shows a property photograph and headline details of the property along with your logo and agency name.
This means your logo will appear as many times on the home page as properties you have listed, 200 properties advertised = 200 logos shown FREE.
NOTE: the click to see the pop ups doesn't cost you anything, until the customer clicks again to go to your property advert full details page you are not charged for a click.

Customers see a clear, easy to understand and friendly layout with the important data of each of your properties, plenty of photos and a map showing the general location of the property.
Get on the map
Our cutting edge maps won't lose you customers, it will gain you customers: our maps show the general position of the property, not the exact location with door and floor numbers. The house icon on the high zoom level of the map is deliberately larger than the previous so we do not disclose the exact location and address of the property, this avoids customers going directly to the owner and cutting you out of the deal.
International shop window
homein.com isn't just aimed at local buyers and tenants, thanks to our advertising we have a large international visitor base that gives you a wider, more effective shop window. There are customers out there, often from overseas not just in your local area, that may be eager to buy what you are selling; homein connects you. |
Upload your properties using an XML feed (XML feed details here)
If you already have an XML feed to upload your properties to other sites we can help adapt it to upload to homein too with a minimum of fuss. The homein extranet is accessible online which means no software to download, no installation, no updates required, not tied to a single computer in the office and no slow labourious upload process. The extranet was designed with the user in mind, by experts in web usability, it's clear and easy to use.
